Optus centralised its workforce in purpose built campus at Sydney’s North Ryde. OPTUS wanted a video to excite and motivate employees about the move. The challenge was making the site, still under construction, to come to life. In the middle of night, we went to the site and projected massive moving images onto various spaces, using the construction site for foreground. For example, we projected images of children's paintings and educational toys in the room that was to be the crèche. We also used sound design to enrich the overall piece. The final video contained testimonial grabs from 'move champions', speaking about what they thought what was going to be better on the new campus.
